Starting Over

Posted in Uncategorized on March 30, 2010 by evershedgolf

Don’t you wish

Don’t you wish you could just start all over again? You know, get rid of the bad habits, weed out the bad information and keep the good. I am getting closer to being able to deliver to you a package that can do just that.

What will it take?

#1:  A total commitment on your end to want to change. You will have to admit that what you are doing is not getting you what you want.

#2:  A total commitment on my end to be able to deliver to you constantly correct, organized information, both in writing form as well as video.

#3:  Patience. The hardest part is re-wiring the wiring. It will take some tremendous fortitude on your part to move away from familiar, but wrong feelings to new, strange but correct ones. I think I have some great help for you in this department.

#4:  Technology. I really don’t think this could be achieved on a grand scale without technology. I cannot think of how this could possibly be achieved without us being able to be in constant communications. Between my;; and the TGS sites, we can stay in constant contact. The next thing I have to achieve is a web casting site.

This is a formidable undertaking on your end. I truly hope that you can shake off the past and enjoy the new beginning. You’re my kind of student.

The Fundimentals

Posted in Uncategorized on March 23, 2010 by evershedgolf

What a boring subject, I just heard Annika talking about how her instructors work on their students fundamentals. I have yet heard a great explanation on why we should work on stance , alignments , grip. I guess what I am saying is at this point in time the golf world has failed in giving us great verbal explanations for what’ s in it for me if I get my fundamentals correct. It is not enough to just blurt out pretty little catch phrases without a great explanation of how to do it and what’s in it for the player. In the future I will be pulling out all the stops in putting together on my new site in depth explanations and lessons. Hope you keep login in.

Just Finished A Three Day School

It never stops amazing me how much incorrect information us golfers have. The biggest changes I see in my students is when they catch on to a new concept. It is not the hours of practice and it has little to do with how many balls they hit , it simply  comes down to getting the proper explaination given in an organized manner.

Hope you get a chance to look at my on line academy.

Sir Charles

Posted in Uncategorized on March 12, 2010 by evershedgolf

Are you not surprised at what little improvement Charles Barkley  made with Hank Haney. A normal golfer would have payed 10s of thousands of dollars for that much time with Mr Haney.

I guess what I am saying is  this game still has lots of room for the instructors to get better. My site is being revamped, in about a month I am going to show you what I would have done with Sir Charles , and then you can comment on what you think.

I have some new School dates on my calendar, check and see if they are in your area.

Just Watched A Playing Lesson

Posted in Uncategorized on March 11, 2010 by evershedgolf

Just watched Anthony Kim give a playing lesson. It is amazing to me how in the year 2010 we are so exposed to the learning of golf in such an unorganized fashion.

In the months to come I want you to join my site as I stop complaining about the present teaching of this game and put together for you a serious of What They Should Of Saids.

What’s Coming

Posted in Uncategorized on March 9, 2010 by evershedgolf

I am excited for what is to come over the next few months. I have over the past winter made some very good moves in order to teach this game at the level I believe it should be taught at. I can remember in the late 90,s how I would suggest things like the Driver is hit on the down swing and that the right wrist should stay bent thru impact and my follow golf Pro,s would look at me like I was nuts. The new super , super slow motion camera,s are now proving I was correct.

May I suggest to you that the golf swing is so misunderstood right now it is amazing that anyone gets any good. To improve your game I am going to show you how we have been mislead , I want you to join me in discovering first how we have gone wrong and then how to fix it.

To get started I recommend you check out anything on my site that is yellow ( The Hands) Please be very skeptical, if you can find a contradiction you might want not to keep login back in. Now remember just because I say things that don’t match what others say doesn’t make me wrong.
